"I wanted to just say how good the muffins I made with this mix are!!! I used buttermilk and sharp cheddar cheese (about a cup) and fresh crisp bacon (heaping half cup, about 7 strips broken up). They will not last till Wednesday- I made them Sunday afternoon. Had to say they are awesome and I just ordered 4 more bags!!!"
