Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us at info@coreatsmixes.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the packaging and affected items so we can process a replacement promptly. Replacements will be sent at no additional cost once we’ve reviewed the issue.

Missing Orders (Not Delivered)

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of purchase, please reach out to us. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package. If the issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner, we’ll issue a replacement.


Shipping

We’re committed to offering affordable shipping options while carefully managing our costs. That’s why we provide discounted USPS and UPS shipping rates for you to choose from at checkout. Simply select the option that best fits your needs. Most orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days.

 

International Orders

To Be Eligible For a Return

Your item must be in its original condition and packaging. You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.


To Initiate a Return

  • Email us at info@coreatsmixes.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

While we stand behind the quality of our products, CorEats Mixes does not accept returns for non-defective items unless approved in advance. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
