Hehe, I know, I know! You thought you would never again experience the luxury of fresh, delicious bread! But now that you feel good and spoiled by the cream of the crop of wholesome, healthy, paleo and keto-friendly bread, it’s now time to cream cheese your bagel!
It’s time for a toast! Yes, of course i’m referring to toasting bagels, but also to your best trick EVER! Your new superpower will be making bagels disappear! So BOTTOMS UP... Or down. It makes no difference as these are perfect any which way you eat them!
What You Need *makes 12, 3" bagels
1 CorEats Bread Mix
2, 3" bagel/doughnut silicone pans *linked
Favorite seasoning of choice *my favorite is Steel City Salt’s "Bagel on Grant"
1. Preheat your oven to 350°
2. Spray a silicone pan with oil.
3. Follow the bread mix package instructions.
4. Fill each well ½ full.
5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
