Here’s what you’ll need...

Dinner Rolls

1 CorEats Almond Flour Bread Mix

Cast iron biscuit pan*

*Lodge is my favorite cast iron. You can also use a silicone muffin pan. Amazon link is at bottom of page.

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°

2. Follow all package instructions for my Almond Flour Bread batter (including pre-heating oven and baking dish preparation). If using a cast iron pan or seasoned stone muffin pan, warm in a preheating oven. Remove warmed pan and spray with oil before the next step. For those using a regular muffin or silicone pan, make sure it’s non-stick and oiled well.

3. Pour the bread batter into the prepared baking pan. Fill each mold 1 inch deep -This will fall somewhere between ¼-1/3cup depending on how thick you want your rolls. When using the Lodge cast iron corn bread pans, I tend to favor ¼ cup.

4. Lightly oil/butter tops. A spray oil, or olive oil drizzle works great. Add your favorite seasoning*

*Seasoning options are up to you! A personal favorite around here is Steel City Salt Company's  “Bagel On Grant,” which is a nice blend of garlic, salt, sesame and onion. Salt flakes  or sesame seeds are also great options.  Have fun with it!

5. Bake at 350° for 20 min, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Enjoy!

*Toast in the morning and build a english muffin breakfast sandwich!
