Summer Smoked Salmon Pizza

Crust me, you knead this in your life! With a few fresh toppings you will have a gourmet dinner, but without the fuss! This amazing pizza is great for ANY meal, whether for hot summer days, or days needing a touch of sunshine!

It's deliciously time effective to make your pizza dough ahead of time for a quick and easy meal. Our crust can easily be made ahead of time and stored in either the fridge or freezer! Plus, pizza tastes great cold or warm! So cheese the day and eat wholesomely happy!

 



For the pizza crust

1 CorEats Pizza Dough



 Toppings

4 Tbsp Kite Hill Cream Cheese*

1 Tbsp fresh dill

1 clove garlic, crushed & diced

1 Tbsp olive oil**

¼ red onion, sliced thin

1 4oz pkg. smoked salmon, sliced, or more to taste

½ avocado, sliced

1 handful of baby arugula

Lemon pepper to taste

1 cup Daiya mozzarella, divided*


*Unsweetened vegan/dairy alternatives may be substituted as diet allows. 
** substitute with avocado oil



 For the Pizza Dough

Prepare your dough following package instructions. 


 

For all the topping goodness

1. Preheat your oven to 375°

2. Combine cream cheese, dill, and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.

3. Drizzle pre-made crust with olive oil.

4. Spread cream cheese mix over crust.

5. Top with ½ of your mozzarella, followed by onion slices.

6. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until mozzarella is melted. Remove from oven.

7. Top with salmon, avocado, and arugula. 

8. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.

9. Finish by topping with ½ cup mozzarella and place back into the warmed oven. 

10. When cheese is melted, remove, slice and, MMMMMMMMmmmm, serve!
